A Call to Pray for Our Nation
I want to call us this morning to
pray for our nations. We’re going through challenges, the last 12 months have
seen a crippling of freedoms in many areas and controls taking over people and
liberties.
In many areas and nations and
stifling of speech, freedom of speech we've seen this on social media networks.
We've even seen scientific experts that have been speaking out about certain
things that have been prevented, even whistleblowers in some cases have been
murdered.
What we need is a constitution or
a form of government that protect the freedoms are people. We need
transformation while reform we need change that these massive powers monopolies
to grow up, will be prevented from taking over controls of our lives.
Contrary to what Facebook thinks
we believe in community values we dedicated our lives to building community. This
week, by God's grace, people have very kindly joined with us. Veterinary people
from pharmaceutical industries; one company called Zoetis, very kindly donate
medicines and join with us, so that we can go to our communities around us and treat
cattle and help cattle to get well to work with local Fulani so that they can
connect with good medicines that actually work.
And this is to build community,
it's to recognize that we have been duped by monopolies that have a lot of
financial interest in these in these chemical fertilizer companies. They don't
promote local community values, they destroy our soils, they destroy our
relationships with our neighbors. In recent years, we've realized this, we've
come to know this and to say look this this must stop in our area that we need
to build a wealth that is local.
When we work with Fulani people we
have cattle, and our soils or crop farms coming together to benefit of each
other, our soils greatly repair and this builds wealth into our local community.
We need our eyes open and we need to be like forefathers and foremothers that, we
work in peace we stand in peace but we stand for what is right and we speak the
truth and we pray for nations for liberty.
Let's pray for a governance.
We're Christians, we are not revolutionary people. We stand for peace. We
believe in government. We support government we support community. We support
neighbors from any racial. We speak for community cohesion we work and live for
coming. Rebuilding cohesion. How do you rebuild cohesion? By loving one another
by caring for our neighbors no matter their race, their ethnicity their
religious background. Doing this sincerely with actions, not just with words. So
pray for our governments, pray for our nation's freedom and constitutional
government that these constitutional issues will be honored and protected by
our governments pray for our nations and love your neighbor
